Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days. Orders paid by credit card take 1-3 days for delivery once shipped, while orders paid by cash on delivery take 2-5 days for delivery. There is a 5% discount on all prepaid orders.
Orders below Rs. 2000 will be charged Rs. 200 for shipping. Orders above Rs. 2000/- will get free shipping.

Once your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to you via email and SMS.

the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment
and expected date of delivery.

Jewel Factory crafts and creates products lovingly with hand and each finished jewel goes through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards unmatched in the industry at each level of our organisation. If there’s a problem with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.
There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions. If your request for return is approved, you will be issued a credit note that does not come with an expiration date.
